SiN Reloaded Characters

HardCorps, SinTEK, and the people who turn a bank job into a U4 war.

Characters

SiN Reloaded is a shooter that keeps interrupting itself with people. John Blade cracks jokes while JC hacks a door. Elexis Sinclaire talks like a keynote and injects her failures with a street drug she invented. Reloaded restores unused voice lines and extra interactions that Gold never played, so the cast talks more than veterans remember. This page is the roster. The enemies page is what happens when those people stop being people. The weapons page is what Blade is holding while they talk.

Freeport City, 2037, is the board: a coastal megacity with private security instead of a functioning public force. HardCorps is one of those firms. SinTEK is the biotech giant that pays for the skyline and the poison in the alleys.

Colonel John R. Blade

Blade commands HardCorps. The campaign treats him as a one-man raid because that is the 1998 fantasy, not because the fiction says he has no staff. He is in the U4 fight before the bank: the drug is already on the street, already rumored to rewrite DNA, already a HardCorps problem. The Magnums are his signature, and Reloaded’s independent dual-wield is the mechanical version of that stubbornness: one gun can be empty and he still has a gun. He needles JC, taunts mercs, and keeps talking. Reloaded’s restored VO puts more of those asides back into levels that used to go quiet. If you came from SiN Episodes, this is the older, louder Blade, not the later mute.

JC

JC (Jessica Cannon) is the voice in Blade’s ear and the reason hacking terminals exist as a fantasy instead of a locked door. She is HardCorps’ computer specialist: cameras, locks, the DOS-style terminals you type at when a map wants a puzzle. When a secondary objective is “unlock the rest of the security doors,” that is JC doing the real work while Blade shoots the guards who noticed.

Reloaded’s extra dialogue shows up here: more chatter during hacks, more reactions when you botch a timer. She does not join you in the map as a gun. The campaign is still single-player.

Elexis Sinclaire

Elexis is SinTEK’s CEO, a geneticist, and the campaign’s actual problem. Publicly she sells biotech that promised to stop aging. Privately she manufactures U4, funds a bank robbery to lift one deposit box, and treats Freeport as a petri dish. Her stated pitch is that humanity needs a forced upgrade. Her method is mutants in the water system, then stolen warheads filled with the same drug.

She is not a final-room pistol duel. She captures Blade, lectures, and leaves the killing to experiments and to family. Reloaded lets more cut interactions play so the lectures have company. For the creatures she signs off on, stay on enemies.

Antonio Mancini

Mancini is the starter villain: a Freeport gangster Elexis hired to steal one box from Freeport City Bank. He turns it into a hostage circus, which is how HardCorps — and the player — enter the plot. Blade’s own files treat him as a small operator who already walked on a murder charge. He is not a mastermind. He is a fuse.

Elexis injects him with concentrated U4 for the failure. The man in the suit becomes the subway Manumit you fight in pieces. That mutation is the campaign’s first honest thesis: SinTEK’s product does not stay in an alley. The walkthrough flags the chase; this page is why the chase exists.

Thrall Sinclaire

Thrall is Elexis’s father, the scientist who raised her inside SinTEK after her mother left. The company is a family business before it is a conspiracy. By the time Blade reaches the end of the main campaign, Thrall has been rewritten into the mutated horror that waits in the pit — saw, then rockets, then a Quantum Destabilizer argument if you still have cells.

The fiction is uglier than the health bar. Elexis uses her father as both origin story and weapon. Reloaded’s restored lines matter here if you care who said what in the labs; the fight itself is still a backpedal against a saw. See enemies for the mechanical version and the tier list if you are deciding whether to save Destabilizer cells for him.

Gianni Manero

Manero is the Wages of SiN antagonist, not a main-campaign boss. A Freeport mob boss who wants Elexis’s research without Elexis’s permission, he builds his own mutant pipeline and aims it at the city. The pack is included in Reloaded’s 24 September 2026 launch. Until then he is a name on a mission list, not a demo fight.

Play Wages after the main story. Hostages, labs, a nuclear plant as a tantrum. His roster sits on enemies.

HardCorps versus SinTEK

HardCorps is Blade’s private security army: radios, choppers, a headquarters that talks to you through JC. SinTEK is the better-funded private army with labs, Area 57, and a CEO who thinks evolution is a product launch. Freeport lets both exist because the city already outsourced force.

That conflict is why the weapon roster feels split. Magnums and shotguns are HardCorps tools. Pulse parts, Destabilizer cells, and U4 flesh are SinTEK leftovers you steal. The Gold visual toggle can change faces; the names do not. For how a mission plays, use combat and getting started.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

Who is the protagonist of SiN Reloaded?

Colonel John R. Blade, commander of HardCorps in Freeport, 2037. You play his single-player campaign against Elexis Sinclaire's SinTEK. Dual Magnums are his signature guns.

Who is JC?

Jessica Cannon, HardCorps' computer specialist and the voice on Blade's radio. She handles hacks, cameras, and locked security. She is not a second shooter in the map.

Is Mancini the main villain?

No. He is the opening gangster. Elexis Sinclaire is the CEO behind U4 and the bank job. Mancini becomes a mutant boss after she injects him; see enemies.

Who is Thrall Sinclaire?

Elexis's father, a SinTEK scientist mutated into the late-campaign boss. Save Quantum Destabilizer cells if you can. His story sits here; his saw sits on the enemies page.

Where does Gianni Manero appear?

In the Wages of SiN mission pack, included with Reloaded at the 24 September 2026 launch. He is a mob boss running his own mutant pipeline, not a main-story encounter.

Did Reloaded change the characters?

The cast is Ritual's. Reloaded restores unused voice lines and extra interactions, and the Gold toggle can swap the faces you see. Names, factions, and the U4 plot stay the 1998 campaign.
